Conflicts of Interest: If a judge feels unqualified or conflicted, they may choose to recuse themselves from that particular assignment. Please provide a brief reason for transparency.

• From 2024 onward, printed certificates are no longer mailed for free.
• Judges can purchase a printed version (shipping in 6–8 weeks after order confirmation).

Reference Letters

• Issued only to judges with 50+ assignments via digital signature services (e.g., DocuSign).
• Can be requested after the winner announcement.

Email Policy

• Judges must use a work/business email for verification and to receive digital recognitions.
• Notify ACPN of any email changes to avoid issues with issuing eBadges or certificates.

Acknowledging All Judges

• Judges not meeting award criteria are still recognized under “Participating Judges Acknowledgment” on the site.
